Before introducing the 5-Part Leadership Development Series to your team, we partner with senior leadership to align the training with your organization’s mission, culture, and values. These conversations ensure that the program reinforces your goals and provides opportunities for leadership participation throughout the training. This isn’t a one-size-fits-all program—it’s a tailored experience designed to integrate seamlessly with your organization’s leadership style.
The 5 Pillars of Leadership Development
1. Discovery, Introspection, and Self-Awareness
Each participant will complete 2 different Assessments and discover their Leadership style along with their strengths and areas for opportunity. They will also gain an understanding around how to build a successful team along with the concepts of continual personal growth and mentorship.
3. Leadership Basics
The session opens up with a robust discussion of "Good To Great" which they were assigned to read as homework. The rest of the entire class is focused on the basics of Leadership, a boot camp, on Forecasting/Budgets, Sourcing and Selecting Talent (how to interview), Onboarding, Setting Goals, Coaching, Performance and Execution, Progressive Discipline, Rewards and Recognition, and Succession Planning.
5. Execution and Performance
In the last session we will review in detail all four previous sessions along with a healthy discussion on how the information they have learned throughout the sessions has helped them to become a stronger Leader. Throughout this session each Participant will complete a workbook which will help guide them after they leave and return to their Teams!
2. Building Interpersonal Skills and Relationships
After receiving an assignment after the Pillar I session, each participant will present their assigned Interpersonal Skill to the entire participant group. Each emerging Leader's presentation will be filmed, and each participant will receive feedback on their presentation skills. Each participant will be introduced to over 12 different Leadership Interpersonal Skills.
4. Leadership Models
Each participant will be introduced in detail to two different Leadership Models. Several topics will include: Situational Leadership, Leadership Styles, Building a World Class High Performing Team, Assessing Situations, Taking Charge, Growing and Leading Winners, and Driving Performance and Execution.
