Both Peter and Judy began their careers in operations and moved into Human Resources roles in the hospitality industry. They both had hiring and training responsibilities for opening up over 60 restaurants. This was just the beginning of their Human Resource's careers. Peter was promoted to the top Human Resource executive while Judy was the Director of Talent Acquisition. Fast forward another 30 years, and Peter has held the Senior HR Role in industry leading Restaurant, Retail, Hospitality, Non-Profit, and Medical Device organizations.
He has led the HR function in both private and public organizations. Peter took his knowledge and experience and for the last 9 years has built a successful HR consulting group called Search and Lead Consultants. In the last 30 years Judy has held senior HR and Talent Acquisition roles in industry leading Restaurant, Retail, and Medical Device organizations. 11 years ago Judy built a successful Search and HR consulting group called The People Company.
